GS Item for Ghaelii

Ghaelii is coming of age and getting ready to start her 3rd life. I'm looking for suggestions regarding a GS item with plus to hit points and Int skills. Probably going with a cloak, and might eventually be swapped in/out rather than full-time equipped.

As I recall the plus to INT skills is tied to SP bonus, so you could take say the Tier 3 INT/SP and the Tiers 1 and 2 HP Bonus, or a mix and match there of, but not all three tiers of HP and still get +6INT.  Suppose you could burn the SP on a cocoon twist or something if you value the int bonus more than the HP bonus.  

As far as other bonuses on it, I like radiance guard quite a bit, but perhaps smoke screen would be better for Ghaelii...perma blur+displace clicky.  Depends on your other gear too... the +5 AC/Heavy Fort/Stoneskin clickie might make a good fort item if you don't have that elsewhere.

Thanks Homn. Looking as if I'm going with 10 hp, +2 dex skills, +4 wis skills, and +6 int skills for now. That also gives me 150 sp, but who cares about that aspect on a rogue. Don't really want a guard item, as it might give me aggro and I value my rogue sneak attack damage.
